I looked at this and initially thought it was a bit odd. Then I had to giggle at my own silliness. I see clients all the time who are overworked, overwhelmed and terrible at taking care of themselves. There is a habit with many good and kind hearted folks to make sure that everyone is taken care of, except themselves. How often have I explained to them that they need to put themselves on the top of their own "to do' list. So here it was, a list with "me" at the top and I almost didn't recognize it!!
